Mary Carol is a promotional products  industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in ownership and management of promotional products distributors.  As President, Mary Carol is in charge of day to day operations. For more than 40 years, she ahs been volunteering on the Board of Directors at Mount Aloysius, in New Lexington, OH, volunteers at the Southside Crisis Center for Women and In her off time, she enjoys gardening.

A 25-year veteran of promotional products, During his career in promotional products, he has been worked diligently to elevate the industry through volunteering as well as volunteer leadership.  He spent time doing board service at the local regional  association PPAChicago.  Married with two children and when not working spends his time camping, playing ice hockey, and in the forever search for the perfect pizza.

Following a 20 year in the service industry where he Managed a multi business bar and restaurant group,  Tom joined TBK in 2016 to aid in refining operational and sales processes.  Although process refinement is an on going process, he is now client focused in his role as the leader of client success with a focus on helping our clients reach their goals through the effective use of promotional products.  In his personal life, Tom enjoys live music, fitness and have a passion for golf.
